A cohort is more than a class—and more than a community. It’s a focused, guided environment where leaders walk together through real ministry challenges in real time. Instead of sitting back and consuming content, you step into a space where Scripture is opened, questions are wrestled with, and leadership is shaped in the context you actually live in—the week-in and week-out reality of the local church. It’s intentional, relational, and built to form you, not just inform you.
In a cohort, you’re not just learning—you’re being sharpened alongside others who understand the weight you carry. There’s room for honest conversations, specific challenges, and pastoral guidance that meets you where you are. It’s a place where clarity replaces confusion, isolation gives way to community, and growth happens both spiritually and practically—so you can lead with greater faithfulness, health, and longevity.

It’s an online, month-long intensive that you can join from your home or church office with training, Scripture, the practical aspects of leading teams, building worship sets, leading people, a live Q&A, and a community of people who understand the weight you carry.
We’ll open the Word together. We’ll wrestle with what God actually expects of us. We’ll talk about how to lead in a way that produces longevity and blessing instead of burnout. And we’ll have a space for what’s often missing: honest questions. Pastoral answers. Real community. Nothing is off-limits.
Because too many men in worship pastor roles and men and women in worship leader roles are withering in silence—needing clarity, support, and truth without fear of judgment or retaliation.
This is a place where you’re known. Where your context matters. Where you don’t have to be everything—only who God has called you to be. You may already be in the role. Let’s build something that will sustain you—and outlast you.
If there’s a week you can’t make it, we’ll record the main part of the session and send it out over email each week.
