Monthly Coaching
Set up recurring one-on-one sessions designed to bring steady growth and accountability. Ideal for leaders who want consistent input, long-term strategy, and a trusted outside voice.
On-Site Weekend Visit
We come to your church for a full weekend to either:
• Lead worship
• Evaluate and give structured feedback on your services
• Meet with staff and volunteers
• Help clarify systems and next steps
After the weekend, you receive detailed observations and practical action steps.
